Iron Trail Toyota is currently looking to hire Automotive Detailers for our Virginia, MN store! Previous Automotive experience is A PLUS! We are willing to train the right applicants. REQUIREMENTS- Previous Automotive experience is A PLUS!. Some type of customer service experience is a PLUS! We will train the right candidates! Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed with us.

Automotive Detailer Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Valid Driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Must be a good time manager and multi-tasker
- Confirming that parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
- Must have the ability to effectively manage material resources and keep track of an inventory of supplies
- Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions
